Three-jaw chuck DBF
Precision spiral ring chuck made of steel, DIN 6350. The chuck enables uniform clamping force by a centre-clamping as well as high runout accuracy. Two-, four- and six-jaw chucks upon request.

EDM magnets type SPNM
Permanent magnetic clamping plate type SPNM, high precision plate to clamp small and thin parts for precision grinding and EDM. The low magnetic field prevents the magnetization of the machining tools. The clamping plate is operated by a removeable Allen key.

Mill magnets type SPNEO
Permanent magnetic clamping plate type SPNEO, extremely strong, compact plates for heavy machining. Pieces of ca. 30x15x6mm can be clamped with max. achievable lifting force. Also on rude surfaces, you can achieve good lifting forces. The clamping plate is operated by a removable Allen key.
The SPNEO magnetic clamping plate with the height of 48 mm is prepared to integrate reference-elements directly into the magnetic plate, so that no additional pallet under the magnets is needed.

Freezing clamping technology
The ice tray trapped into the freezer compartment or frost sticking to our windshield on winter morning, these are xamples of the strong adhesive power of ice. Using this natural property we have developed and designed a highly effective clamping system: GF series icing plates*.
Plate cooling is achieved by means of a compressed-air heat exchanger*. A pneumatic thermal control system* allows to obtain a constant temperature and to save on compressed air by acting on the thermal inertia of the icing plate. Originally designed to meet the needs of space industry workshops, icing plates have since become a necessity in all fields involving the manufacture of delicate parts (medical, electronics, watchmaking, jewelry.).

Vacuum clamping for metalworking machines
The Vacuum-Plate is particularly suitable for process-safe clamping of large, flat metal workpieces with smooth bottom surfaces on CNC machining centers and guarantees very short set-up times..

Vacuum plate SPVPL Pro
Vacuum plate with high holding force is made from cast aluminium. Due to the increased number of vacuum points the vacuum plate can be used universally. The integrated threaded grid holes and the work piece stops provide great flexibility in positioning the work piece to be machined. For milling of breakthroughs is the use of adapter mats necessary. Included are venturi Vacuum generator and a pressure gauge for Vacuum monitoring.

The SPREITZER bar-marking-machine makes quality traceable. Prior to the machining the material charge will get a product based or customer based marking. Each turned part leaves the production line marked.
By corresponding accessories ( included in the delivery range ) a radius as well as a form dressing is possible. Angles can be adjusted with the dividing plate, the 360° dividing scale or with gauge blocks between adjustable stops and measuring bolts following the sinus principle. The basic structure of the punch grinders type RSG is conform with the concentricity gages. They are used on flat as well as tool sharpening machines. Punching dies, ejector pins, stop pins, extraction dies and short step drills can be ground in a cylindrical or any other form. The work piece will be rolled up between three centerless rolls. Thereby the concentricity will be 0.002 mm. The robust construction with precision rolling bearings of the supporting roll is constructed for longevity. For the length limit variable stops will be set up.
