GF Machining workshop manager software oplossingen is beschikbaar voor handmatig gecontroleerde en geautomatiseerde verspanende processen. Het waarborgt de veiligheid van het proces en vereenvoudigt voorbereidingen van de productie routing en managed de complexiteit van de processen.

User-friendly EASY Cellmanagement for milling
- Newly developed software for automated Milling cells.
- Intuitive – easy to learn and easy to use.
- No ID system needed.
- Can serve one, two or more milling machines in the same cell.
- Clear overview of pallets and related jobs.
- CutterToolMonitoring (CTM*) will rapidly answer questions such as:
- Which cutting tools are needed?
- Is there enough cutting time for the jobs?

Step 1 Assignment of NC file and preset point
- When the required NC program is selected, EasyCellManager registers the tools used.
- Time is stored if: the NC program defines the time for the entire machining operation; or, each tool has a defined use time.
- If the program has been used earlier, the last recorded time is automatically displayed.
Step 2 Machine tool table
- Each time a new job is started, EasyCellManager checks the machine tool table and tool availability. If a tool is broken and no sister tool is available, the job is blocked
Step 3 Cutter tool monitoring
- This list displays not only the tools used in jobs, but also which tools are missing and in which tool magazine position each one must be placed.

- Werkt de informatie in de database bij met de status en bewerkingstijden van afzonderlijke bestellingen

Werkzaamheden:
- Weergave van de status van alle cellen
- Weergave van de status van afzonderlijke machines en processen
- Statistiek – Cell Statistiek
- Ophalen en analyseren van gegevens over cell gebruik

CUTTER TOOL MONITORING
After completed Cell magazine scanning:
- CellManager requests a tool list from the machine of the tools in the machine tool magazine.
- The required tools for completing Jobs in the magazine is compared with the available tools.
- Jobs where cutters are missing, are automatically blocked.
- Cutters with estimated usage time are blocked if the life time of the cutter is insufficient. This function can be manually override.
In case a cutter is broken during milling, but sister tool is available:
- Machine reports to CellManager that the cutter is broken
- This job will be marked as ERROR in the magazine view.
- If a sister tool is available, no additional jobs will be blocked
In case a cutter is broken during milling, and NO sister tool is available:
- Machine reports to CellManager that the cutter is broken
- This job will be marked as ERROR in the magazine view.
- CellManager will block those Jobs where this cutter would be used.
MPS2WSM
MPS2WSM is an interface for MPS systems (Materials and Planning Systems),
- Importing complete production orders from the MPS system into WorkShopManager,
- Export of job status and process times to the MPS system.
Alarm server
3R-860.42-5 WSM Alarm Server, Configuration software for alarms, installed on PC.
- Where or to whom the alarm should be sent
- When shall Alarms be transferred by SMS
